Why does the vial look empty?

That’s normal. The peptide is supplied lyophilised (freeze-dried) — often a thin film or a few milligrams at the base of the vial, easy to mistake for empty. It’s all there; reconstitute with bacteriostatic water before use.

This blend combines two peptides studied for the growth-hormone axis from two different directions: CJC-1295 without DAC (a short-acting analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone) and Ipamorelin (a selective ghrelin/GH-secretagogue-receptor agonist). Because the two act on distinct receptors, the pairing is a common research stack for examining the GH/IGF-1 axis.

CJC-1295 mimics endogenous GHRH to prompt pituitary GH release, while Ipamorelin stimulates GH through the ghrelin-receptor pathway with minimal effect on cortisol or prolactin — so the combination is studied where a fuller, pulsatile GH signal is of interest.
