This policy governs every product sold on powerfullypeptides.com (the "Website"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to every order, without exception. If you do not agree with it, do not purchase from us.

1 · Policy statement

PowerfullyPeptides supplies synthetic research peptides and laboratory materials exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research — research performed outside a living organism, in a controlled laboratory setting. Our products are chemical research materials. They are not medicines, foods, food supplements, cosmetics, veterinary products, or household chemicals, and we do not sell them for any such use.

2 · Prohibited uses

Products purchased from this Website must not be used for:

• Human use of any kind — including consumption, injection, topical application, or any other form of administration to a person;
• Veterinary or animal use — administration to any animal;
• Medical or diagnostic use — our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition;
• Food, cosmetic, or household use — including incorporation into any product intended for such use;
• Resale for any of the above purposes.

3 · Purchaser attestations

By placing an order you attest — and we rely on your attestation — that:

• you are 18 years of age or over;
• the products are purchased solely for laboratory research use and will be handled only by individuals qualified to handle research materials safely;
• you will not use, or permit others to use, the products for any prohibited use listed above;
• you accept our Terms & Conditions, of which this policy forms part, and you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

The research-use-only notice is displayed throughout the Website — on every product page, in the cart, and at checkout — and placing an order at checkout constitutes acceptance of these attestations, which are recorded with the order.

4 · No usage guidance

We do not provide — and will always decline to provide — dosing information, guidance on administration, or any other information that implies or facilitates human or animal use. Requests for such guidance are refused, and repeated requests will lead to refusal of sale (section 5). Informational content on this Website describes laboratory context and published literature only.

5 · Right to refuse sale

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order and to close any account, at our sole discretion — in particular where any communication, order pattern, or other signal gives us reason to believe products are intended for anything other than laboratory research. Where we refuse a sale on these grounds after payment has been received, the payment is refunded in full.

6 · Age requirement

We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18. Ordering requires confirmation that the purchaser is 18 or over, and we may request proof of age or identity before accepting or dispatching an order.

7 · How this policy is enforced

• Sitewide notice: "For research purposes only. Not for human consumption." appears across the Website, including every product page, the cart, and checkout.
• Checkout attestation: placing an order records the purchaser's acceptance of the attestations in section 3 together with the order.
• Labelling: packaging and labelling identify products as research material.
• No usage content: the Website carries no dosage guidance, no administration instructions, and no claims about physiological effects — and we hold all marketing to the same standard.
• Moderated content: reviews and any user-submitted content are moderated before publication under our Review & Content Moderation Policy; content describing human use or claiming effects is not published.
• Order screening and refusal of sale: as set out in sections 4–6 above.

8 · Documentation

Product batches undergo independent third-party analysis for identity and purity; certificates publish on our Certificates of Analysis page as each batch completes testing. Our registered business details are on the Business Information page.
