Research-Use-Only Policy

This policy governs every product sold on powerfullypeptides.com (the "Website"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to every order, without exception. If you do not agree with it, do not purchase from us.

1 · Policy statement

PowerfullyPeptides supplies synthetic laboratory peptides and laboratory materials exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research — research performed outside a living organism, in a controlled laboratory setting. Our products are chemical research materials. They are not medicines, foods, food supplements, cosmetics, veterinary products, or household chemicals, and we do not sell them for any such use.

2 · Prohibited uses

Products purchased from this Website must not be used for:

• Human use of any kind — including consumption, injection, topical application, or any other form of administration to a person;
• Veterinary or animal use — administration to any animal;
• Medical or diagnostic use — our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition;
• Food, cosmetic, or household use — including incorporation into any product intended for such use;
• Resale for any of the above purposes.

3 · Purchaser attestations

By placing an order you attest — and we rely on your attestation — that:

• you are 18 years of age or over;
• the products are purchased solely for laboratory research use and will be handled only by individuals qualified to handle research materials safely;
• you will not use, or permit others to use, the products for any prohibited use listed above;
• you accept our Terms & Conditions, of which this policy forms part, and you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

Research-use notices appear on product pages, in the cart and at checkout. The shop entry panel asks visitors to declare that they are 18 or older and that any purchase is for qualified in-vitro laboratory research. This entry declaration is remembered in the browser tab for that browsing session. Checkout separately records the purchaser's attestations with the order, including the policy version and acceptance time. These declarations are not independent verification of age, identity or laboratory qualifications.

4 · Laboratory information and published research

We do not provide human or animal dosing or administration advice. Requests for such guidance are refused; repeated requests may lead to refusal of sale under section 5. Our calculator and handling guides cover laboratory measurement, reconstitution arithmetic and research-material handling only. They do not establish solvent suitability, stability, or fitness for human or animal use.

Our research summaries may describe biological mechanisms and effects reported in published studies. Those findings concern the materials and conditions studied; they do not establish the safety, efficacy or suitability of our supplied products for human or animal use.

5 · Right to refuse sale

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order and to close any account, at our sole discretion — in particular where any communication, order pattern, or other signal gives us reason to believe products are intended for anything other than laboratory research. Where we refuse a sale on these grounds after payment has been received, the payment is refunded in full.

6 · Age requirement

We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18. Ordering requires confirmation that the purchaser is 18 or over, and we may request proof of age or identity before accepting or dispatching an order.

7 · How this policy is enforced

• Sitewide notice: "For research purposes only. Not for human consumption." appears across the Website, including every product page, the cart, and checkout.
• Checkout attestation: placing an order records the purchaser's acceptance of the attestations in section 3 together with the order.
• Labelling: packaging and labelling identify products as research material.
• Research content: laboratory calculations and published-study summaries are distinct from human or animal dosing advice or claims that our supplied products produce those effects. The limits in section 4 also apply to our marketing.
• On-site reviews: reviews submitted directly to our Website are subject to our Review & Content Moderation Policy, which excludes human-use and efficacy claims from on-site publication. Google-hosted reviews and their aggregate rating are separate; we do not pre-moderate Google reviews or represent them as verified purchases.
• Refusal of sale: we reserve the right to request supporting information or refuse an order where there are indications of prohibited use, as set out in sections 4–6. The entry and checkout declarations do not certify a purchaser's qualifications.

8 · Documentation

Independent analytical reports are published per product on our Certificates of Analysis page. Current reports cover GLP-3-RT, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. A published report describes the sample tested and does not establish the contents of every vial or a finished blend. Certificates publish on our Certificates of Analysis page as each product completes testing. Our registered business details are on the Business Information page.
