Review & Content Moderation Policy

This policy covers reviews submitted directly through powerfullypeptides.com. It also explains how those on-site reviews differ from the Google Maps rating and review count displayed on our Website.

Pre-publication moderation

Reviews submitted directly through our Website must be reviewed before publication and meet the standards below. These are our on-site publication rules; we do not pre-moderate reviews submitted to Google Maps.

What will not be published

• Efficacy claims — statements about physiological, therapeutic, or cosmetic effects of any product;
• Descriptions of human or animal use — any content describing consumption, administration, or personal use of a product;
• Dosage or administration information of any kind;
• Medical advice or health claims;
• Unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content, other people's personal data, spam, or content unrelated to the product or service.

These rules apply regardless of whether a review is positive or negative. We do not rewrite a review to change its meaning or selectively remove criticism. If a submission includes prohibited content, it may be declined or the reviewer may be asked to submit a service-focused review.

What reviews may cover

Ordering and delivery experience, packaging and condition on arrival, customer service, product documentation (such as certificates of analysis), and the product's suitability as research material.

Authenticity

On-site purchase verification. Our publication rules require a review submitted directly to us to be matched to a completed order before publication. The Verified purchase label is reserved for reviews matched to an order; it is not a claim that we have verified the reviewer's laboratory qualifications or the product's effects. We do not publish fabricated reviews or offer money, discounts or free products in exchange for a review. Negative reviews that meet the same rules are eligible for publication.

Google Maps reviews

The Google Maps rating and total review count are supplied by Google, separately from our on-site reviews. The Website requests the current aggregate through our server; if it cannot be refreshed, a dated snapshot may be shown, or the numbers may be omitted. The accompanying link opens the reviews on Google Maps.

We do not pre-approve or edit Google-hosted reviews. The Google rating and review count do not indicate that we have matched those reviews to our order records, and we do not present them as verified purchases. Their inclusion in Google's aggregate does not endorse a reviewer's statements about personal use or product effects, or establish our products' safety or efficacy. Google applies its own review policies.
