Where do orders ship from, and how are they tracked?

Orders are dispatched from inside the EU with DHL and DPD tracking to your door across the EU and UK. Every order is sent tracked, and we send you the tracking details (by WhatsApp or email) as soon as it is on its way. Orders are packed plainly and discreetly, with no product details on the outside of the parcel.

• Cost: choose your country at checkout to see the available couriers, their prices and estimated delivery times — free when the product subtotal before discounts is over €250. That is the entire shipping charge; your exact total is confirmed with your order before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.
• Dispatch: orders are prepared and dispatched the same working day when payment clears before 2:00 PM Irish time, or the next working day after that.
• Transit: once it leaves us, the time in transit belongs to the courier and varies by destination. You get the tracking number at dispatch, so you are reading exactly what we are reading.

Why an EU order carries no import duty or VAT

This is worth understanding before you order from anyone in this category, because it is where most delay — and most of the risk of a parcel never arriving at all — actually comes from.

A parcel travelling from outside Europe into Europe is presented to customs on entry. It has to be declared, and it can be held, inspected, charged import VAT and duty, or refused outright. That step is unpredictable by design: it can add days or weeks, and it is the point at which parcels in this category are most often stopped.

A parcel travelling from one EU country to another is an intra-Europe movement. It is not an import, so it carries no import declaration, duty or VAT. We dispatch from inside the EU. UK orders cross a customs border and may be subject to import requirements.

How long does delivery take?

Choose your delivery country at checkout to see DHL Express and, where available, DPD. The delivery times shown are carrier estimates in working days after dispatch, based on DHL's Ireland transit guide and our DPD service quotation. We dispatch the same working day when payment clears before 2 p.m. Irish time, or the next working day after that.

Weekends, public holidays, customs clearance and remote addresses can affect delivery. Your tracking link provides updates once the parcel is dispatched. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Storage on arrival

Returns & refunds

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery and then return unopened, still-sealed vials within 14 days of telling us, for a full refund — our Refund Policy sets out exactly how. Once a vial’s seal is broken it cannot be returned, for health-protection reasons. Separately, and with no time limit, we put right anything that has gone wrong:

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Lost in transit — once loss is confirmed with the carrier, we'll reship or refund.

To claim, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 72 hours of delivery for damage/incorrect items) at research@powerfullypeptides.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the package, label, and product where relevant. Please contact us before returning goods so we can identify your order and provide instructions. This request does not add an approval condition to your cancellation rights.

Non-returnable

Opened, reconstituted or partly used vials are excluded from change-of-mind returns. For sealed vials, incorrect storage does not remove the cancellation right described in our Refund Policy, but a refund may be reduced to reflect a resulting loss in value. Remedies for faulty, damaged-in-transit or incorrectly supplied goods remain separate. Full detail in our Refund Policy.

Cancellations & undeliverable parcels

Need to cancel? Contact us straight away — before dispatch we cancel and refund in full, which is quicker for both of us. Once it is with the courier it cannot be recalled, and the 14-day cancellation process in our Refund Policy applies instead. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address or a refused/missed delivery, we'll need it back at our facility before any refund or replacement can be issued.
