Orders are dispatched from inside the EU on established tracked courier services, travelling on a European road network rather than an express air channel. Every order is sent tracked, and we send you the tracking details (by WhatsApp or email) as soon as it is on its way. Orders are packed plainly and discreetly, with no product details on the outside of the parcel.
This is worth understanding before you order from anyone in this category, because it is where most delay — and most of the risk of a parcel never arriving at all — actually comes from.
A parcel travelling from outside Europe into Europe is presented to customs on entry. It has to be declared, and it can be held, inspected, charged import VAT and duty, or refused outright. That step is unpredictable by design: it can add days or weeks, and it is the point at which parcels in this category are most often stopped.
A parcel travelling from one EU country to another is an intra-Europe movement. It is not an import, so it carries no import declaration, duty or VAT. We are inside the EU, so your European order travels as a single-market parcel on a road network — not an import.
We could put a confident “delivered in 2–4 days” banner on this page. Plenty of sites in this category do. We are not going to, and we would rather state the reason than have you find it out.
We are a young business and we have not yet shipped enough parcels to know our own real delivery times into each country. A number we cannot stand over is just a number we would eventually break. The transit time also belongs to the courier rather than to us, so quoting it as our promise would mean quoting someone else's performance as our own.
What we will commit to is the part that is genuinely ours: we dispatch the same working day on orders before 2:00 PM, every order gets a tracking number, and if a tracked parcel is confirmed lost we replace it first and run the carrier investigation ourselves. We will publish honest per-country delivery times on this page once we have shipped 100 tracked parcels — measured from dispatch to delivery, reported per country, including the routes that make us look slower than we would like. That is a threshold you can hold us to, rather than a promise with no date on it.
Unopened, still-sealed vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — our Refund Policy sets out exactly how. Once a vial’s seal is broken it cannot be returned, for health-protection reasons. Separately, and with no time limit, we put right anything that has gone wrong:
To claim, contact us as soon as possible (within 72 hours of delivery for damage/incorrect items) at research@powerfullypeptides.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the package, label, and product where relevant. Please don't send anything back before contacting us and receiving instructions — unauthorised returns may be refused.
Items whose seal has been broken, or that are used, damaged by the customer, mis-stored on arrival, or otherwise not in their original condition, are not returnable — unless they were faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, which we always put right. Full detail in our Refund Policy.
Need to cancel? Contact us straight away — before dispatch we cancel and refund in full, which is quicker for both of us. Once it is with the courier it cannot be recalled, and the 14-day cancellation process in our Refund Policy applies instead. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address or a refused/missed delivery, we'll need it back at our facility before any refund or replacement can be issued.
