These Terms & Conditions govern your use of powerfullypeptides.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Powerfully Peptides, a business registered in Ireland (Registered Business Name no. 790484) ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. Material is 100% synthetic and intended for in-vitro research use. Products are not for human or animal consumption, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or household chemicals. Nothing on this Website is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for handling products safely, lawfully, and only by suitably qualified individuals.
We do not provide reconstitution guidelines, dosing, or any guidance implying human use. Requests for such guidance will be declined. What is lawful in one country may not be lawful in another — you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Checkout uses Pay by Revolut: you place your order on the Website and we email you our bank details (IBAN) and your order reference; payment is made by bank transfer (SEPA). We do not take card payments on the Website. An order is accepted — and a contract formed — only when we confirm it and payment has been received; until then, the submitted order is an enquiry, not a binding order. Where a price was displayed in error, we will contact you before dispatch: you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We never substitute a different item without your agreement.
You have a 14-day right to cancel, without giving a reason, running from the day you take physical possession of the goods. Sealed vials may be returned unopened for a full refund, including standard outbound delivery. Vials whose seal has been broken cannot be returned, for health-protection reasons (Consumer Rights Act 2022 s.116). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our liability for fraud. Subject to that, the Website itself is provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for business losses. For customers who are not consumers, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the items in the relevant order.
You are responsible for losses we suffer that are directly caused by your unlawful use of products, or by a deliberate breach of these Terms. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
